Having an in-app map features increases the quickness of the app by avoiding third-party app usages such as google maps or Waze. Also, it maintains the consistency of the app and improves the security level.
PetGuard offers a door lock feature that gives the pet owner an option to let the person get in to the house to save the pet. This feature is location based. The sent code appears once the person is almost near to the desitation location.

The smart collar tracks and monitors various parameters for the pet which includes health, activities and safety levels. For health, it tracks and monitors the temperature, the blood pressure and heart rate of the pet. Considering activity levels the belt tracks and monitors movements by steps walked, inclines runs, and respiration. Taking care of safety levels the belt senses for gas leakages, temperature, and decrements.
